Acitve Citizens Can Make a Change

After and long and slow process (not red-tape, just my lack of attention and motivation) we finally have some new bike racks in downtown Hutch! Only 4, but the city paid for these....We will now move on with a city bike rack fund and we will begin taking donations! We're exctied to get some more bike racks in Hutch!

This all came about because of a challenge that Cody H. issued to me after I said that Hutch didn't appear to be very progressive. So, a few months later and VIOLA - we have bike racks in town. A visual indicator that maybe Hutch is a little more progressive.
